Services · Long Island businesses

Put AI to work in your business, without the hype.

Most businesses don't need "an AI strategy." They need the quotes to go out faster, the inbox to stop eating the morning, and the paperwork to fill itself in. I find those jobs, build the fix on your own accounts, and hand it over working.

This work is produced with AI assistance and reviewed by a person before it reaches you.

Sound familiar?

“I spend my evenings writing quotes.”

A quote builder that turns a short intake form into a clean, priced estimate you review and send.

Or this?

“Half my calls are the same five questions.”

An assistant on your site that answers from your own documents, and hands off to you when it doesn't know.

Packages

Three ways to work together. Fixed prices.

Prices below are where each package starts. Every job is scoped and quoted in writing before it begins, so the number you agree to is the number you pay. Most clients start with the audit — and if you go ahead with a build, the audit fee counts toward it.

1

Workflow audit

$350 credited toward any build

An hour or so with how your week actually runs, then a plain-English report you keep either way.

  • A walk-through of email, quotes, scheduling and paperwork
  • 3–5 automations, ranked by hours saved per week
  • What each would cost to build and to run
  • Fee credited toward a build

Good first step for anyone.

The core offer 2

Fixed-scope build

from $1,000 per build

One automation, built on your own accounts and handed over with a one-page guide.

  • Built on your tools — Google, Microsoft, your site
  • A person approves anything a customer will see
  • Tested on your real work before handoff
  • What it does, what it costs to run, how to turn it off

When you know the problem you want gone.

3

Care plan

from $150 / month

A monthly plan that keeps what I built working as your business changes.

  • Monitoring, and fixes when something breaks
  • Tuning as your questions and prices change
  • Small changes and additions each month
  • Running costs passed through at cost

For anything you'd miss if it stopped.

New · Website help chat

Help chat

Answers your customers from your own documents, and takes a message when it doesn't know.

A small chat bubble on your website that handles the questions your phone gets all day: what you do, what it costs, when you're open. It answers only from the documents you give it: your FAQ, price sheet, service list, policies or web pages. When it can't answer, it takes a message and emails you the lead.

  • Every price, number and day in an answer is checked against your documents before the visitor sees it. If it isn't written there, the answer doesn't go out.
  • Says up front that it's an automated assistant, and a "Talk to a person" button is always showing.
  • Words like "emergency" or "complaint" skip the chat and go straight to taking a message, and you can add your own.
  • Leads land in your inbox right away, with the visitor's name, how to reach them, and the whole conversation.
  • One line of code on your site. It won't clash with your design, sets no cookies, and goes full screen on phones.

Setup from $150, then from $39 a month

Ask about the help chat → Live on this site

Try it now: the chat bubble in the corner of this page is the real thing, answering only from what this page says. Ask it something the page doesn't cover and watch it offer to take a message instead of guessing.

Your dashboard

Run it from your phone

Sign in with a link sent to your email, with no password to remember. See every lead and tap to call or email back, read every chat, and upload new documents or add a web page when your prices change.

Gets better

Every miss becomes an answer

Questions it couldn't answer are listed with how often they were asked. Tap "Answer this," type the answer once, and the next person who asks gets it.

You can check it

See where each answer came from

Every reply in your dashboard shows the exact lines from your documents it was built from. Before going live, we run 30 of your real questions through it together.

What I build

Narrow tools that do one job well.

These are the builds that come up most. If yours isn't here, it's probably still a fit — ask.

Inbox

Triage and reply drafts

Sorts incoming mail and drafts replies in your voice. Nothing sends until you press send.

Sales

Quote and estimate builder

A short intake form in, a clean, priced estimate out, built from your own price sheet.

Customers

Website help chat

Answers visitors from your own documents and policies, and says so when it doesn't know. More above.

Paperwork

Documents to spreadsheet

Invoices, permits and PDFs read and filed into a spreadsheet or your CRM, with anything unclear flagged.

Leads

Lead intake and follow-up

Form and call leads land in one tracker, with reminders so nobody goes a week without a reply.

Reporting

One-number dashboards

Sales, jobs or bookings pulled together into one page you can check in ten seconds.

How it works

Talk, build, ship.

  1. 1

    Talk

A free 20-minute call. You tell me what eats your week; I tell you honestly whether AI helps.

  2. 2

    Audit

I watch how the work really happens and write up what's worth automating, with prices.

  3. 3

    Build

A fixed scope, on your accounts, tested on your real work before you rely on it.

  4. 4

    Hand over

A one-page guide, a walkthrough, and an off switch. Stay on a care plan if you want.

Ground rules

What you can count on.

Your accounts, your data

Builds run on your own accounts and keys. I don't hold your customers' data long term, and you can cut my access any time.

A person in the loop

Anything a build sends to a customer, like an email or a quote, is reviewed by a person first — at least until you've seen it work long enough to decide otherwise. The help chat answers visitors live, so it only answers from your documents and takes a message when it isn't sure.

Hours saved, not jobs cut

The goal is taking the repetitive parts off your people's plates, not replacing them. I'll tell you if something isn't worth automating.

No surprises on price

Fixed scope, fixed price, in writing. Running costs are shown up front and passed through at cost.

Questions

Fair questions.

Do I need to be good with technology?

No. If you can use email and a spreadsheet, you can use what I build. Every handoff includes a one-page guide written for the person who'll actually use it.

What does it cost?

The workflow audit is $350 and counts toward any build. Builds start at $1,000 and care plans at $150 a month; your exact price is quoted in writing after a free first call, before any work starts. Running costs — often a few dollars a month in AI usage — are shown up front and billed at cost.

Is my customers' information safe?

Builds run on your own accounts, so your data stays where it already lives. I don't keep copies of customer data, and emails or quotes a build sends to customers are reviewed by a person before they go out.

What if the AI gets something wrong?

It will, sometimes — that's why a person approves the emails and quotes a build sends, and why every build is tested on your real work first. The help chat answers live, so instead it only answers from your own documents and offers to take a message when it isn't sure. A care plan covers fixes when something slips.

Will the help chat make things up?

It's built not to, and the rules are enforced in code, not left to the AI. If your documents don't clearly cover a question, it says so and offers to take a message. Every price, number and day in a reply has to appear in the lines it cites, so it can't invent a price or work out a discount you never offered. Before it goes live, we run 30 of your real questions through it together and you check every answer.

Do you only work with Long Island businesses?

Mostly, because meeting in person makes the work better. If you're further away and the job fits, email me anyway.

Start with a conversation

Tell me what eats your week.

Email me a few lines about your business and the job you'd most like gone. I'll reply myself, usually within a day, with an honest read on whether AI can help.
